Super Head Soccer Strategy Tier List

Skill and physics rankings for Super Head Soccer—not character gacha lists—built for fast 1v1 matches.

Tier List Hub

Most Roblox sports wikis publish character or unit tier lists. Super Head Soccer is different. Matches are short 2D 1v1 bouts where your head, shoes, jump timing, and power moves decide the scoreline. There is no deep roster meta to “pull.” The real ladder is a strategy and habit tier list: which approaches stay strong from casual lobbies through ranked climb.

This hub ranks the skills and game plans that repeatedly win in the God Bless Zak / 1Day Games beta. For the full breakdown with examples and counters, open Strategy Tiers. Pair rankings with How to Win 1v1, Ranked Guide, and Playstyles.

How we tier Super Head Soccer skills

Criteria focus on ranked value in the current beta (launched around March 2026, updated through August 2026):

  • Consistency under pressure
  • Conversion rate when you win a midfield touch
  • Ability to survive goal-line scrambles
  • Power-move timing that creates free goals without leaving you stranded
  • Adaptability after map votes and side selection

Player feedback notes that map voting and side picks add downtime, and many athletes prefer the right-side view. Tiers below assume you can play either side but note when a skill depends on camera comfort.

S-tier habits (build these first)

Goal-line composure — Clearing with the correct surface (head vs shoe) while your back is nearly on the net. Panic jumps lose more ranked games than flashy misses.

First-touch direction — Winning the opening bounce and sending the ball toward the opponent half instead of straight up. Opening aggression only works if the first contact has intent.

Power discipline — Saving the power move for a loaded angle rather than dumping it at midfield. Mistimed powers are free turnovers.

These three separate mid-ladder players from leaderboard climbers. Drill them in casual matches before you obsess over highlight-reel volleys.

A-tier habits (strong, situational)

Midfield trapping — Soft contacts that kill speed so you can set a second touch.

Cross-court clears — Wide defensive headers that skip the center scramble.

Side-aware positioning — Adjusting stand distance after you lose the preferred side in pre-match selection.

Pressure jumps — Contesting every float without over-committing past the ball.

B-tier habits (useful but overrated alone)

Pure opening sprint aggression — Great for bullying hesitant opponents; punished by calm clears.

Cosmetic camera preference alone — Preferring right side helps comfort, but it is not a win condition.

Spam shooting from bad angles — Creates highlight clips, inflates opponent counter chances.

C-tier and below (break these)

AFK during map vote then panic on kickoff — Downtime is for breath and plan, not phone scroll.

Script dependence — Auto helpers destroy learning and risk bans; see Scripts Hub.

Ignoring patch notes — Beta physics and UI shift; track Beta Patch Notes.

Reading the detailed strategy page

The strategies subpage expands each tier with match scripts: how to open, how to reset after a goal, how to defend a one-goal lead, and how playstyles from the Players Hub map onto these ranks.

Using tiers without becoming predictable

Opponents scout patterns. If you are known for S-tier goal-line play, they will chip early. Mix A-tier midfield traps and change power timing. Ranked climb guides explain series management after map votes; start with Getting Started if you are still learning the PC keys (Q / S / Space / clicks) or mobile buttons.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Super Head Soccer players.

Why is this not a character tier list?

Super Head Soccer is a physics-driven 1v1 head soccer game. Winning depends on timing and strategy habits more than unlocking a roster of units.

What should beginners prioritize from the tiers?

Goal-line composure, purposeful first touches, and power discipline. Learn those before chasing highlight aggression.

Does side selection change the tier list?

Comfort can shift execution quality—many players like the right side—but the same skill tiers apply on both sides.

Where is the full strategy breakdown?

Open the Strategy Tiers page linked from this hub for detailed match plans and counters.
